We publish an occupation only once it has at least 10 contributions, so nobody can be identified. Add your salary and help us get there sooner.

People in the community add their salary anonymously: occupation, level, city and the monthly amount, net and/or gross. A moderator checks every contribution before it counts.
We show a group (occupation, city or level) only when it has at least 10 accepted salaries. Below that threshold we show nothing, not even the number of contributions.
We use salaries from the last 24 months, in RON. For each group we show the 25th percentile, the median and the 75th percentile: the middle of the market, without the extremes that skew an average.
City figures are calculated per county so groups are large enough. The numbers refresh every night.

We never publish an individual salary and never link the amount to your name or account.
Large groups only
A salary only appears inside a group of at least 10 people, so it cannot be guessed.
You decide
You see your contributions in your account and can delete them. If you upload a payslip, it is deleted after review.
